1 Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to patek99. This Terms & Conditions document ("Agreement") constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and patek99 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"). This Agreement governs your use of all services, games, and features available on patek99.bet and any related subdomains or applications.

By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any part of the patek99 platform, you expressly confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and all game guidelines published from time to time.

2 Member Eligibility

The patek99 platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration — no exceptions will be made
• Is a Malaysian citizen or a lawful permanent resident of Malaysia
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not prohibited from participating in online gambling activities by any applicable law or regulation
• Has never had an account closed or banned on patek99 previously

3 Registration & Account Management

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at patek99 at any one time. Holding multiple accounts is a serious breach of these terms and will result in the suspension of all accounts involved and the forfeiture of all balances and winnings.

By registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, date of birth, email address, and phone number
• Update your personal information promptly whenever any changes occur

4 Deposits & Payment Methods

Patek99 accepts deposits from Malaysian players through the following payment methods only:

All deposits must be made from a bank account or e-wallet registered in the member's own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned, less any applicable processing fees.

5 Withdrawals

Players wishing to withdraw funds from their patek99 account must comply with the following conditions:

• Full KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal can be processed
• The minimum withdrawal limit is RM50 for all methods
• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same member's name
• All bonus wagering requirements (rollover) must be met before a withdrawal is approved
• Patek99 reserves the right to request additional documents to verify identity before approving withdrawals exceeding RM10,000

Withdrawal processing time is typically between 5 and 15 minutes for standard players, and faster for VIP Gold and Diamond members. patek99 reserves the right to take up to 24 hours to complete a withdrawal in cases that require additional review.

6 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

Patek99 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in each offer, including wagering (rollover) requirements that must be met before withdrawals are permitted.

• Welcome bonuses and all deposit bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement that must be met
• Standard wagering requirements range from 5x to 20x the bonus amount, depending on the promotion type
• Bonuses may only be used by legitimately registered members and are non-transferable
• A member may not register multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once — this constitutes bonus abuse
• Patek99 reserves the right to cancel and forfeit any bonus obtained through means that violate these terms

7 Game Rules

All games offered at patek99 — including Live Casino (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, Sic Bo, Dragon Tiger), Slots, Lottery, and Sports Betting (badminton, cricket, football, Malaysia Super League) — are governed by their respective game rules, which can be found in the relevant game sections.

General principles applicable to all games at patek99:

• The outcome of all games is final once a round or event has concluded
• Any technical malfunction occurring during an active round will be resolved in accordance with the established game policy — in most cases, the bet will be refunded
• Patek99 reserves the right to void any bets found to have been placed during a technical disruption that affected the integrity of the game
• Winnings from games played using bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements stated

For Sports Betting, all displayed odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. patek99 is not responsible for any odds discrepancies arising from processing issues on the user's end.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and legal action:

• Use of automated software, bots, or any technology to manipulate games or the betting process
• Hacking, cyberattacks, or any attempt to compromise the security of patek99's systems
• Collusion between players to cheat or manipulate game outcomes
• Money laundering or the use of funds from illegitimate sources
• Abuse of the bonus system, including registering multiple accounts
• Use of a VPN or any other method to conceal the user's true location
• Any form of threats, abusive language, or harassment directed at staff or other users

9 Account Suspension & Closure

Patek99 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account at any time and at the company's sole discretion, including but not limited to:

• Violating any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete the requested KYC verification process
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity
• Requests from relevant law enforcement authorities

Members may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting patek99 customer support. Any remaining balance (after all wagering requirements have been met) will be returned to the original payment method within 5 business days.

10 Limitation of Liability

Patek99 shall not be liable under any circumstances for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses arising from the use of this platform, including:

• Loss of or missed betting opportunities due to technical disruptions beyond our control
• Deposit or withdrawal delays caused by the bank or e-wallet operator
• Undisputed game outcomes that result in financial loss
• Any damage to a user's device or software that occurs while using the patek99 platform

Patek99's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances is limited to the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

12 Terms & Amendments & Applicable Law

• Updates to this Terms & Conditions page with a revised amendment date

Continued use of the patek99 platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the amended terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you have the right to close your account.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising shall first be resolved through negotiation, and if unsuccessful, through a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
